Scope
This policy covers ledgerforge.io, its documentation and the forms on it. It does not cover LedgerForge software you run yourself, which sends nothing to us, or data processed under a Cloud or Enterprise agreement, which that agreement governs.
Information you send us
When you use the request-access, demo or contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, company, role and topic, and where asked, your use case, expected monthly volume, timeline and message. The website forwards them to our team by email through a mail relay running on Cloudflare. The website itself does not store them in a database. If you email us directly, we receive what you send.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It does not use cookies or local storage, and does not track you across other websites. It records aggregated information such as the page, referrer, browser, operating system, device type and country. Visits are counted using a short-lived hash of the request rather than a stored identifier, and Vercel discards that hash within 24 hours.
Hosting logs
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type, referrer and pages requested, to operate and protect the service.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not set cookies or use local storage, and runs no advertising scripts.
How we use information
We use the details you send to reply to you, scope Cloud, Enterprise or support arrangements, improve the site and documentation, and protect the website from abuse. We use form submissions only to respond to your request and follow up on it.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and handle requests, such as hosting, analytics, mail delivery and our email provider, and only as needed for those purposes.
Retention
We keep enquiry and support information only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided, unless a longer period is required for security, legal, accounting or contractual reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete information you have sent us by emailing support@ledgerforge.io. Some records may need to be kept where the law, security obligations or a written agreement require it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for the information you send us. Please don't send secrets, API keys, private keys or regulated production data through the forms or by email.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its effective date.
