Terms of service

You may use this website, its documentation and related materials to learn about and evaluate LedgerForge. LedgerForge Cloud, Enterprise services and support are provided only under a separate written agreement.

The LedgerForge software is provided under the Apache License 2.0 published with the source repository. If these terms conflict with that licence for the software, the licence controls.

LedgerForge provides ledger infrastructure software and related services. LedgerForge is not a bank, payment processor, broker, money transmitter, custodian or financial adviser. You are responsible for the regulatory, compliance, accounting, tax and operational obligations that apply to your product.

Do not use LedgerForge to break the law, bypass sanctions or compliance controls, compromise systems or infringe intellectual property, or to process production money movement unless your organisation has the required permissions and controls.

We may decline a request for Cloud access, Enterprise services or support where the use case, security posture, compliance requirements or operational risk are not suitable. Scope, data location, service levels, response times and fees are set out in the written agreement.

Roadmap items and design previews on this site describe plans, not commitments. Anything marked as planned is not available until we announce it, and may change or be withdrawn.

We may improve, change or remove website content and documentation. Production commitments, service levels, support windows and data terms must be agreed separately in writing.

The website, documentation and examples are provided as is unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Test LedgerForge in your own environment before relying on it for production workflows.
