These terms explain the baseline rules for using the LedgerForge website, documentation, open-source software references, managed access process, and related services.

You may use this website, documentation, and related materials to evaluate LedgerForge. Managed cloud, enterprise deployment, and production support are available only after review and may require a separate written agreement.
LedgerForge Core is provided under the open-source license published with the source repository. If these terms conflict with that license for the open-source code, the repository license controls that code.
LedgerForge provides ledger infrastructure software. LedgerForge is not a bank, payment processor, broker, money transmitter, custodian, or financial adviser. You are responsible for the regulatory, compliance, accounting, tax, and operational obligations that apply to your product.
Do not use LedgerForge to violate law, bypass sanctions or compliance controls, compromise systems, infringe intellectual property, or process production money movement unless your organization has the required permissions and controls.
Managed cloud access is private and reviewed before provisioning. We may decline or pause access where a use case, security posture, compliance requirement, or operational risk is not suitable for the current service.
We may improve, change, limit, or discontinue website features, documentation, previews, or pilot services. Production commitments, service levels, support windows, and data terms must be agreed separately in writing.
The website, documentation, examples, and preview services are provided as-is unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. You should test LedgerForge in your own environment before relying on it for production workflows.
